After hosting the Captivating Rhine river cruise, Lorraine decided to head to another revered wine region – Bordeaux. With such incredible history, cuisine and array of wines, Bordeaux seemed like a logical next choice. After years in the retail and wholesale markets, she worked in a store recognized globally for its Bordeaux wine selection. That experience provided her with great insights and a passion to share her knowledge with others. Lorraine began teaching beverage courses at RIT in 2001 and students who take her classes find wines less mysterious and more approachable ultimately.
