AMAWATERWAYS INTRODUCE FLIGHT INCLUSIVE PRICING

- (Apr. 3, 2024) - AmaWaterways introduce flight inclusive pricing

London, 3 April 2024: Luxury river cruise line AmaWaterways announced starting April 3 it is offering new flight-inclusive river cruise packages as the standard pricing format for UK guests.

Historically flights were reserved through AmaWaterways as an optional add-on; now all prices will be quoted with return airfares from London or Manchester and will include overseas transfers between airport and ship.

Cruise only options, regional departures and Business Class upgrades will be available on request, ensuring maximum flexibility for guests.

As well as including flights for their wide range of European river cruises, the company is also packaging flights along with its long-haul journeys on the Mekong River in Asia, the Nile and Chobe rivers in Africa and the Magdalena River in Colombia.

The arrangements are made under AmaWaterways’ existing ATOL bond, ensuring all reservations are financially protected.

Prices for flight-inclusive river cruise packages start from £1,975 per person for the five-night Majestic Capitals of the Danube from Vienna to Budapest departing 16 December 2024 on AmaSonata, including flights from London or Manchester and overseas transfers. The price includes a cruise saving of £750 per person.

Alternatively, the seven-night Best of Holland & Belgium cruise (Amsterdam to Amsterdam) on AmaCerto is priced starting from £2,549 per person for the 13 November 2024 departure including flights from London or Manchester and overseas transfers. The price includes a cruise saving of £750 per person.

Prices are correct at time of issue, based on two people sharing a Category E stateroom and are subject to availability. Flights from other regional airports are also available for a supplement.

A river cruise with AmaWaterways includes all meals, wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner plus daily ‘Sip and Sail’ cocktail hour and a choice of up to eight excursions each day all conducted in small groups with knowledgeable guides.
