Due to the current travel restrictions imposed by the US Government, we have suspended a series of our river cruises and postponed the start of our 2020 season until April 26th. As a result, our call center may be experiencing a higher than normal call volume and we apologize if the wait times are longer than usual. Should your planned river cruise be included in this suspension period, and you would like to benefit from a Future Cruise Credit of 115% of the value of the AmaWaterways purchased services*, simply fill out the information below and submit your request. We will confirm the receipt of your request and note this choice under your existing Booking ID number.

I agree and authorize AmaWaterways to follow through with the Future Cruise Credit (FCC) policy by issuing an FCC in the amount equal to 115% of the value of AmaWaterways purchased services, redeemable on any cruise in Europe, Asia or Africa including Egypt sailing through December 31, 2022. FCC can be used to cover all charges related to AmaWaterways services and may also extend to cover future cruise deposit, AmaWaterways’ Cruise Protection Plan and our new Travel Waiver Plus. FCC has no cash value but is transferrable up until December 31, 2022 if confirmation is provided by original FCC owner. Please allow up to two weeks for the Future Cruise Credit to be created. The personal data of guests collected via this form is processed only for the purposes of issuing future cruise credits to allow guests to rebook their river cruise at a later time and to provide important communication about the new cruise.
