Travel Protection Plan

All guests are required to have a holiday insurance policy. We recommend insurance through our partner Holiday Extras more details of which can be found here www.holidayextras.com. Guests must have this or another policy giving at least equal cover. It the responsibility of the guest to ensure that the cover purchased is sufficient and appropriate for their own needs on their chosen itinerary. This should at minimum cover the cost of cancellation of your travel arrangements by you, and assistance (including medical costs and repatriation) in the event of accident or illness overseas, as well as compensating you for permanent injury, death, delays or loss of baggage and personal possessions. We do not check policies other than those approved by us in conjunction with Holiday Extras – please ensure you read your policy details in detail and take them with you when travelling.
